All strategies, methodologies, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Wattar Digital. Clients receive a license to use these materials for their business purposes only.
Wattar Digital provides consulting services and recommendations. The implementation and results of these recommendations are the responsibility of the client. We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results.
In no event shall Wattar Digital be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the course of the consulting relationship.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
