Services
Five engagements, one commercial engine.
Wattar Digital offers five engagements: a free Launch Diagnostic, a Conference Meeting Sprint for $12,000 a show, a four-week Launch and Raise Readiness project for $25,000, the ongoing Commercial Engine, and Commercial Lead, which adds our founder as your fractional VP Commercial. A Sprint fits one show. The others build on one another.

Build or partner
Hire in-house, or bring in Wattar Digital.
Most teams consider hiring first. It is the right answer eventually. The question is what happens to the launch while the team is being built.
| Consideration | Hire in-house | Wattar Digital |
|---|---|---|
| Time to first meeting | Hire in-houseStarts after recruiting a marketing leader and reps, then onboarding them to your product and market. | Wattar DigitalOutreach begins after the four-week Readiness project, run on lists and domains you own. |
| Cost | Hire in-houseA VP of Marketing plus two reps is a six-figure annual commitment before the first meeting. | Wattar DigitalA $25,000 Readiness project, credited to the Engine if you start it within 30 days. The Engine is priced by proposal, and nothing is tied to your revenue. |
| Hospital experience | Hire in-houseDepends on who you can hire, and how many hospital launches they have run. | Wattar DigitalLed by a founder who built physician and hospital pipeline at EchoNous, an AI ultrasound company, as consultant and then VP Global Marketing. |
| Systems | Hire in-houseLists, enrichment, sending infrastructure and reporting have to be chosen, bought and built. | Wattar DigitalSignals, scoring, outreach and a live client portal come with the engagement. |
| What you keep | Hire in-houseThe team, for as long as they stay. | Wattar DigitalEvery list, domain, message and asset, whether or not you continue. |
| Flexibility | Hire in-houseFixed headcount through the raise, whatever the market does. | Wattar DigitalAdjust scope by proposal, or bring the work in-house later with everything we built. |
The two are not exclusive. Commercial Lead includes rep hiring and enablement, so the launch and the team can grow together.
Questions
Questions about engagements.
What happens after Readiness?
You keep everything it produced: the scored list, the committee maps, the value analysis story, the message tests and the 90-day plan. You can run the plan yourselves, or continue to the Commercial Engine. If you start the Engine within 30 days, the $25,000 Readiness fee is credited in full.
How are the Engine and Commercial Lead priced?
By proposal, scoped to your target accounts, channels and conference programs. You see the full scope and price before anything starts, and nothing is tied to your revenue.
Do you work with companies before clearance or launch?
Yes, when clearance or launch is close. Readiness builds the list and the committee maps so outreach starts as soon as you can sell. For regulated products, claims are finalized only from the indications that are actually cleared.
Do you work outside medical technology?
Our focus is healthtech sold to hospitals, health systems and physician groups, across every clinical specialty. That focus is what makes the committee maps and the value story specific. If you sell to hospitals from an adjacent market, apply and we will tell you plainly whether we fit.
Can you guarantee meetings?
No. Hospital meetings depend on clinical fit, timing and each committee’s own calendar, and no outside team controls those. Meeting targets are goals we plan and report against, never guarantees. On a Conference Meeting Sprint we put the target in writing before you pay, and if we miss it we keep working after the show at no extra fee, for up to 60 days. That is more work, not a refund. What we commit to everywhere is the work: the list, the outreach, the follow-up, and every account and meeting reported so you can judge it yourself.
What does the client portal show?
Every scored account, the committee members reached by role, the messages you approved and every meeting with its handoff notes. It is live, so you never wait for a report to know where the launch stands.
