About

Led by an operator who has built hospital pipeline before.

Wattar Digital is the commercial engine for funded healthtech, founded in October 2020 by Mira Wattar and based in San Diego, California. Our founder has built physician and hospital pipeline from inside a healthtech company: at EchoNous, which makes AI handheld ultrasound, her programs produced 650 qualified sales meetings. We now build that story, pipeline and system for medical device, clinical AI, digital health and health IT companies selling to hospitals.

Our founder

Mira Wattar has built hospital pipeline from the inside.

If you lead a funded healthtech company, the moment is familiar. The product is cleared, launched or newly funded. The board wants hospital traction before the next round. And the people who decide sit in roles your team has not reached yet. Our founder, Mira Wattar, has worked on that problem from inside a healthtech company, not from the outside.

From November 2021 to November 2022 she worked with EchoNous, which makes AI handheld ultrasound, first as a consultant and then as VP Global Marketing. The physician and hospital pipeline programs she built there produced 15,253 leads, 650 qualified sales meetings and $10M+ in yearly pipeline, reaching clinicians and decision makers across specialties and roles, not a single department. These are her results at EchoNous, not Wattar Digital client results.

Before that, from 2018 to 2020, she led marketing and PR at Fujitsu Frontech North America: global product launches including the RFID linen tag WT-A543 and U-Scan Mini-Express RFID, the NRF 2019 and NRF 2020 trade show programs, and the communications for the Fulcrum Biometrics acquisition. She is the media contact named on the Business Wire releases linked on our Work page.

She founded Wattar Digital in October 2020. Today it runs on a live system that it also uses to find its own clients: new FDA 510(k) clearances and SEC Form D funding filings pulled every day, every account scored before anyone is contacted, a do-not-contact control that stops all outreach, and a client portal that shows every account and meeting.

In October 2023 she spoke at a Founder Institute global webinar on building pipeline with LinkedIn.

Operating principles

How we work.

  • Evidence over hype

We report what happened: accounts reached, committee members engaged, meetings held. Claims come only from cleared indications, and targets are goals, never guarantees.

  • The client owns everything

Lists, domains, messages and content belong to the client, during the engagement and after it. Nothing is held back if you leave.

  • Specific beats generic

One message tied to a real event at one hospital does more than a thousand templates. It is also the only kind that still gets through.

  • A few launches, done properly

We start four launches a quarter, so every launch has senior attention from the first week.

Tell us where your launch stands.

Apply for a free 30-minute launch diagnostic, by application only. Our founder reads every application. We look at your clearance or launch, your round and your target hospitals, and tell you plainly whether we can help.
