Conference Meeting Sprint
Leave the show with meetings, not badge scans.
The Conference Meeting Sprint books your meetings with hospital buyers before you land: your target accounts, the right seat at each, on your calendar at the booth. It runs for eight weeks around one show, for one fixed fee, and ends with a report of every meeting booked, held and accepted by your team.
- Fee
- $12,000 per show
- Length
- Eight weeks around one show
- Starts
- Six weeks before the show opens
- Target
- Agreed in writing before you pay
How it works
Four steps, one show.
The work starts six weeks before the show opens and ends two weeks after it closes.
You name the show and the buyers
A free 30-minute call. You tell us the show, your booth and who buys your product. We tell you plainly whether a sprint can work.
We build the list and the messages
A list of accounts likely to attend, with the buying seats at each, and a message for every seat. Every claim comes from your cleared indications or published evidence, and you approve every word.
We reach each seat and book the meetings
People call business lines and write on LinkedIn and by email. Each meeting goes onto a shared calendar at your booth, with a note on who is coming and what they asked.
We follow up and report
Three follow-up touches after the show, to the people you met and the people who could not make it. Then a report of every account, every attempt and every meeting.
What you get
What a sprint includes.
- A target list of accounts likely to attend, 150 to 300 for a large show, with the buying seats at each
- A message for each seat, written from your cleared indications or published evidence and approved by you
- Outreach by human calls and LinkedIn, plus email from a domain you own when there is time to warm it
- Meetings booked onto a shared calendar at your booth, each with a handoff note
- Three follow-up touches after the show
- A weekly update and a final report in your client login: meetings booked, held and accepted by your team, counted separately
What we need from you
Four things only you can do.
- Approve messages within two business days
- Put a named person from your team in every meeting
- Give us your cleared indications and the claims you can make
- Share your booth number and a calendar we can book into
When email is part of the plan, it goes from a secondary domain you own, so your main domain is never put at risk.
The target
A written target, and more work if we miss it.
We do not sell a fixed number of meetings. Hospital calendars decide that, and no outside team controls them.
Before you pay, we size the audience we can reach for your product at your show, and agree a meeting target with you in writing. It is a goal we plan and report against, not a guarantee.
If we are short of that target on the first day of the show, we keep working after it at no extra fee, for up to 60 days. That is all a missed target means: more work, not a refund, and never a promise of revenue.
The extra work applies when you approve messages within two business days and put a named person in every meeting.
How we count a meeting
- Booked
- A person who matches your buyer definition has accepted a time in writing.
- Held
- The meeting took place.
- Accepted
- Your team confirms it was the right person and worth a next step.
The target counts booked meetings. The report shows all three, so you can judge the quality yourself.
Shows
The next shows, and when a sprint has to start.
A sprint needs six weeks before the show opens, so the start date is the real deadline, not the show date. Starting means the agreement is signed and the fee is paid, so apply at least a week before it.

Wattar Digital is independent of every show and its organizer. Exhibit halls can open later or close earlier than the meeting itself, so we book against your booth hours. We never run a sprint for two companies that compete for the same buyer at the same show.
RSNA 2026
Two founding places at $6,000.
RSNA 2026 opens on November 29, so a sprint for it has to start by October 24. That leaves five weeks, not six. We warm a new email domain for three weeks before it carries outreach, so this sprint leans on human calls and LinkedIn, and we size the target to that.
We are taking two founding clients for it at $6,000 in place of the $12,000 fee. In return you agree to a case study, and you approve every word before it is published.
Is this for you
A sprint fits when four things are true.
- You are exhibiting at a US healthcare conference in the next six months
- Your product is cleared or on the market, so the meetings are about something you can sell
- You can name the buyer: the department, the role and the kind of hospital
- Someone on your team will take every meeting and follow up within two days
Not a fit
- Products that cannot be sold yet
- Teams with nobody to take the meetings
- Anyone who needs a guaranteed number of meetings or guaranteed revenue
- Anyone looking to buy an attendee list. We never buy or sell them
Questions
Questions exhibitors ask first.
Can you guarantee a number of meetings?
No. We agree a meeting target with you in writing before you pay, sized to the audience we can reach for your product at your show. It is a goal, not a guarantee. If we miss it, we keep working after the show at no extra fee, for up to 60 days. That is more work, not a refund, and it is never a promise of revenue.
Is there still time for RSNA 2026?
Yes, if you start by October 24, which means the agreement is signed and the fee is paid by then. RSNA 2026 opens on November 29. That leaves five weeks, not six. We warm a new email domain for three weeks before it carries outreach, so this sprint leans on human calls and LinkedIn, and we size the target to that. Apply at least a week before the start date, so there is time for the call and the paperwork.
Does this replace the show’s own meeting program?
No. Programs such as ViVE’s Provider & Payer Connect match sponsors with buyers who opt in, for short scheduled meetings. A sprint books the specific accounts you choose, through your own outreach, and follows up after the show. You can use both.
Who takes the meetings?
Your team. We book each meeting and write the handoff note, and a named person from your company takes it. A sprint does not work without that person.
Where does the list come from?
From public sources and professional prospecting tools: hospitals that fit your product, the people in each buying seat, and signs that they plan to attend. We use business contact details only. We never buy attendee lists and never use patient data.
Do sprint clients get the client portal?
You get a client login where we post an update every week and the final report. The live view of every account and every buying seat is part of the Commercial Engine.
Do you work with two companies that compete?
Not at the same show. We never run a sprint for two companies that compete for the same buyer at the same show, and your list and messages are yours alone.
What happens after the sprint?
You keep the list, the messages and the report. If you want the same work every month across all your target accounts, that is the Commercial Engine. There, conference programs are part of the scope your proposal prices, not a separate fee for each show.
